Seven SJC Fall Athletes Claim GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team Honors

STANDISH, Maine – Seven Saint Joseph's College fall sports athletes have earned Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Sportsmanship Team honors.

Seniors Angela Valenti (Litchfield, N.H.), Samantha Silva (Laconia, N.H.), Adam Hachey (Winthrop, Maine), Avery Liotta-Henderson (Waterbury, Conn.), and Lauren Lecompte (Lewiston, Maine), junior Ryan Buonaiuto (Scituate, R.I.), and sophomore Madison Provencher (Rochester, N.H.) have been selected, by a vote of their teammates and/or coaches, to represent Saint Joseph's on their respective sportsmanship squads.

Each season the GNAC honors athletes for displaying the tenets of sportsmanship along with the release of the respective season's all-conference teams.

Sportsmanship, along with community and integrity, is one of the major focal points of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference.
