One of the most decorated athletes in Saint Joseph’s College Athletics history, Osborne posted otherworldly statistics as a four-year starting outfielder for the Monks’ baseball program
Hit .430 (220-512) with 183 runs, 40 doubles, 42 home runs and 176 RBI while slugging .781 with a .503 OBP during his career and ranked as the Monks’ all-time leader in all of the aforementioned statistical categories upon graduating in 2001
As a senior, set the Saint Joseph’s single-season records for batting average (.481, 77-160), runs (64), hits (77), home runs (22), RBI (79), slugging (1.031) and OBP (.536) and ranked as the NCAA DIII leader in home runs and slugging percentage
Collected three All-America accolades in his career and was named All-Conference in each of his four seasons, including 2001 when he also earned All-New England and All-Northeast honors
Participated in the 2001 NCAA Home Run Challenge at the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska, played in the 2001 New England College Baseball All-Star game at Fenway Park and became the first player in program history to sign a professional contract when he signed with the New York Yankees in 2001
