Monks Baseball to Host 14th Annual Hot Stove Auction January 13th

STANDISH, Maine - The Saint Joseph's College baseball program will host the 14th Annual Hot Stove Auction on Saturday, January 13th at 1:30 PM in the SJC Dining Hall. Join alumni, parents, family, and friends for an afternoon of baseball banter and competitive bidding as the Monks prepare for the 2018 campaign! This event is free and open to all who have pre-registered!!

Head Coach Will Sanborn '86 will kick off the day with a brief preview of the season and introduction of the team and coaching staff. Many appealing auction items will be available for bidding, including tickets for sporting events, memorabilia, gift cards, gift baskets, vacation packages and much, much more.

The Monks kick off the 2018 campaign with a doubleheader versus King's (PA) on Sunday March 4th, the first of 10 games in the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational.

All proceeds from the raffles, silent auction, and live auction will go towards the cost of the Monks' spring trip. Auction items are plentiful and the list promises to be one of the most interesting to date!

In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the following afternoon at 12:00 PM in the SJC Dining Hall.
