Rague Named NAC Co-Player of the Week

STANDISH, ME – St. Joe's senior forward Courtney Rague (Old Orchard Beach, ME) has been selected as the North Atlantic Conference Co-Player of the Week. Rague, who earned top player honors last week, shares the accolade with Maine-Farmington senior Emma Deans (Gorham, ME).

Rague tallied nine points - four goals and an assist - and two game-winners in a 3-0 week for the Monks. The senior forward netted a goal and an assist against Salve Regina on Monday, a game-clincher against Salem State on Wednesday and two goals against Simmons on Sunday.

Through 13 games for the 10-3 Monks, Rague ranks as the team leader in goals (9), assists (8), points (26) and game-winning goals (4). She currently is tied for the NAC lead in game-winners, third in points, fourth in assists and fifth in goals.

In 61 career contests, Rague has tallied 25 goals, 17 assists and 67 total points. She currently ranks third in program history in goals and points and is fifth in career assists. With seven game-winning goals, she is ranked third all time at Saint Joseph's.

The Monks will host non-conference opponent Endicott College on Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
