STANDISH, Maine - The Saint Joseph's College Alpine Skiing team held a banquet following the inaugural season where awards were given to several of the student athletes. The Bluebird Award was given to freshman Sarah Hotchkiss (New Durham, N.H.) for always maintaining a positive attitude, volunteering her time, and being an exceptional teammate. The Bean Award, was given to senior Eryk Bean (Londonderry, N.H.), for enduring the most outrageous falls this season and leaving it all on the hill. 

Among the athletes on hand were two seniors, Bean and Lexzi Summers (West Stockbridge, Mass.), who were also recognized as the first two alumni of the Saint Joseph's College Ski Team.
