Mileikis Earns MMBCWA All-Rookie Team Honors

STANDISH, Maine – The Maine Men's Basketball Coaches and Writers Association (MMBCWA) postseason accolades have been announced and Saint Joseph's College freshman guard Ian Mileikis (Auburn, Maine) has garnered All-Rookie Team honors.

Mileikis earns the MMBCWA award after averaging 8.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game while shooting 43.4% (66-152) from the field, 38.1% (16-42) from three-point land, and 72.6% (61-84) from the free throw line in 24 starts and 26 contests overall.

The freshman point guard was selected as the MMBCWA Rookie of the Week on December 7th and January 11th and led the Monks in rebounding in seven different games this winter.
