STANDISH, ME – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference has named SJC junior Nick Campasano (Goffstown, NH) as the Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week.
In his first collegiate start between the pipes, Campasano turned away five shots and registered a shutout victory against Fitchburg State on September 4th. He allowed one goal, off a defender deflection, and made three stops in a 1-0 loss to Kean University on September 5th.
For Campasano, the conference weekly honor is the first of his career.
The Monks will next play at Worcester State on Thursday, September 9th at 7:00 PM.
