STANDISH, Maine - The Saint Joseph's College men's soccer program hosted the Annual Alumni Game on Sunday afternoon. The match was well attended and tightly-contested, as the Alumni team (which was loaded with recent graduates) and players from the current team dueled to a 3-3 tie with the alums winning the game, 5-4 in penalty kicks.
The game was enjoyed by all and the alumni helped raise over $600 for the installation of covered benches for the new turf field, which is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2016 campaign.
