Men's Soccer Earns #2 Seed in GNAC Tournament

WINTHROP, Mass. – Top-seeded Johnson & Wales University (RI) will be in the driver's seat when the 2019 GNAC Men's Soccer Tournament kicks off on Saturday, November 2 with quarterfinal action, as the Wildcats' (10-0-1) lone blemish was a scoreless draw against second-seeded Saint Joseph's College of Maine last weekend. 

JWU will host eighth-seeded Lasell University on Saturday at 1:00 PM, while three-time defending GNAC champion Saint Joseph's will take on seventh-seeded Emmanuel College at 3:00 PM.

Saturday's other two quarterfinal contests will feature fourth-seeded University of Saint Joseph (CT) facing in-state rival and fifth-seeded Albertus Magnus College in Hartford at 2:30 PM, while third-seeded Norwich University welcomes sixth-seeded Colby-Sawyer College at 1:00 PM. 

The semifinals are set for Wednesday, Nov. 6, followed by the highest remaining seed hosting the GNAC Championship match on Saturday, Nov. 9.
