Sharks Sweep Monks in GNAC Play, 6-4 & 9-6

STANDISH, Maine – Saint Joseph's College (10-15, 8-2 GNAC) suffered a pair of losses to Simmons University (14-20, 8-2 GNAC) in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) softball doubleheader at Richard W. Bailey Field on Friday evening. The visiting Sharks opened with a 6-4 triumph and held on to tip the Monks by a 9-6 score in the nightcap.
