STANDISH, Maine – Saint Joseph's College women's basketball Head Coach Mike McDevitt '83 will appear on Hoopsville's sixth-annual marathon show at approximately 12:40 PM today. Show host Dave McHugh will talk with Coach McDevitt about the Monks' season and the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) race. Saint Joseph's, currently ranked 10th nationally in the D3hoops.com poll, is 19-0 overall with a 7-0 mark in GNAC play and in the running to clinch the program's fourth-consecutive conference championship and fifth in the last six years overall.
McDevitt, now 547-193 (.739) in 27 years (26 at SJC) on the college bench, is one of the winningest coaches in NCAA DIII Women's Basketball history. Prior to the start of the current season, he ranked 29th all-time in victories and 32nd in winning percentage. Over the last four seasons, the Monks have posted an incredible 94-13 (.879) record, including a 48-2 (.960) mark versus GNAC foes.
St. Joe's is currently riding a 46-game winning streak at home with a 25-game regular-season win streak versus GNAC opponents. Through games played on January 30th, Saint Joseph's is one of just three undefeated NCAA DIII Women's Basketball teams in the country.

HUNT VALLEY, Md. – For the fifth consecutive year, there will be multiple hours of wall-to-wall Division III basketball for everyone to enjoy. The 6th Annual Hoopsville Marathon Show airs Thursday, Jan. 31 hosted by Dave McHugh.
Hoopsville, the premier show for Division III basketball, will air from 12 p.m. to at least 8 p.m. ET on Thursday to celebrate Division III hoops. It serves as a way for fans to catch-up on the season which has entered the final four weeks of the regular season. The 8-hour marathon show will feature guests from around the country including coaches who will help break down conferences races and take a look at teams positioning themselves for the NCAA tournament.
