Hagerman Becomes First Monk to Reach 200-Point Mark

STANDISH, ME – Saint Joseph's Women's Lacrosse senior midfielder Lauren Hagerman (Scarborough, ME) became the first player in program history to net 200 career points in a loss to Emerson College on Saturday.

Hagerman, who entered Saturday's game against the Lions with 199 points, scored a goal 7:51 into play to reach the 200 mark. Through 37 career games, Hagerman has 126 goals, 76 assists and 202 total points.

A 2009 First Team All-GNAC selection, Hagerman is the program's current career-record holder in points (202), points per game (5.46), assists (76), assists per game (2.05), groundballs per game (3.46), draw controls (147), draw controls per game (3.97) and man-down goals (6).

Through 13 games this season, Hagerman leads the 10-2-1 Monks with 28 assists and 78 total points and ranks second on the squad with 50 goals. All three offensive totals are career-highs.

St. Joe's will play at Salve Regina in a non-conference contest this afternoon at 4:00 PM. The team, currently tied for the top spot in the GNAC, will learn its playoff future tonight or tomorrow morning.
