Adame Listed on GNAC Weekly Honor Roll

STANDISH, ME - The GNAC weekly awards have been announced and Saint Joseph's College junior midfielder Anneka Adame (San Diego, Calif.) has been listed on the weekly honor roll.

Adame enjoyed an excellent week, recording nine goals, 16 draw controls, nine caused turnovers and four ground balls over three contests. She played a pivotal role in the Monks' thrilling 13-12 victory over Rivier University on Thursday when she netted five goals with four draw controls and four caused turnovers versus the Raiders.

Through 10 contests this spring, the third-year starter has registered 20 goals and one assist for 21 total points with 65 draw controls, 33 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers. She currently leads the conference in draw controls and ranks fourth in both ground balls and caused turnovers.

Saint Joseph's will host Regis College in a non-conference contest at Deering Memorial Stadium on Thursday evening. Opening face-off is set for 7:30 PM.
