Women's Lacrosse Recruiting Class of 2021 Announced

STANDISH, Maine – Head Coach Rupert Lewis has announced his 2021 women's lacrosse recruiting class.

Lewis, who begins his sixth year at the helm for the Monks next spring, has brought in seven recruits to help boost the talent and depth of the roster for the upcoming campaign. Saint Joseph's loses just one player – departed senior Jackie Wilson (Tiverton, R.I.) – from a team that went 13-4 overall and 8-1 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play in 2017.

As the #2 seed in the 2017 GNAC Tournament, the Monks opened play with a 17-6 quarterfinal victory over #7 Norwich University, but suffered a hard-fought 11-10 loss at the hands of #6 Simmons College in semifinal play two days later.
