STANDISH, Maine – Junior forward Haley DaGraca (Saco, Maine) netted two goals and an assist to help lift Saint Joseph's College (8-4-1, 4-3-1 GNAC) past Rivier University (0-8-1, 0-7-1 GNAC), 4-0, in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's soccer action at the SJC Athletics Complex on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Saint Joseph's had numerous opportunities to get on the board in the first half and finally hit pay-dirt at the 42:12 mark, when junior Emily Thornton (Westbrook, Maine) scored her second goal of the season, off a Kayla Gooch (Dracut, Mass.) cross.

The 1-0 edge remained until the 52nd minute, when DaGraca punched home her first tally of the day off a Lauren Stiles (Gorham, Maine) dish. The junior standout was credited with an assist on the Monks' next goal, a Hannah Butler (Melrose, Mass.) strike at the 61:21 mark, and tallied her second of the contest just 18 seconds later, with freshman Kenzie Murphy (West Baldwin, Maine) earning the assist.

THE KEEPERS:
