Saint Joseph's Competes at Bowdoin College

BRUNSWICK, Maine – Saint Joseph's College kicked off the 2018 portion of the indoor track & field docket with an appearance in the Bowdoin College Invitational on Saturday. Both teams finished ninth, as the women tallied nine points and the men posted seven points.

THE RUNDOWN – MEN:

  • Freshman Noah Hutchinson (Southwest Harbor, Maine) was fourth in the High Jump (1.78m)
  • Sophomore Andrew D'Ovidio (Walpole, Mass.) finished seventh in the 200-Meter Dash (23.94) and eighth in the Long Jump (5.81m)
  • D'Ovidio, T.J. Hennessey (Belmont, N.H.), Michael Mason (East Bridgewater, Mass.), and Hutchinson placed fourth in the 4x400 Meter Relay (3:43.59)

THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:

  • Sophomore Lillian Bisset (Jefferson, Maine) was third in the 60-Meter Hurdles (9.99)
  • Sophomore Breeann Sautter (Lisbon, Maine) finished fifth in the 600-Meter Run (1:52.66)
  • Sophomore Marisa Quirion (Gardiner, Maine) placed sixth in the 800-Meter Run (2:44.00)

Saint Joseph's returns to action next Friday and Saturday with an appearance in the Bates College Invitational.
