4/2/19 – LeMoine Selected as GNAC Rookie of the Week

STANDISH, Maine – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly awards have been released and Saint Joseph's College freshman Dori LeMoine (Swan's Island, Maine) has been selected as the GNAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week.

LeMoine shattered the Monks' outdoor records in the shot put (9.90m) and hammer throw (29.37) events in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday.

The freshman thrower already owns the Monks' outdoor records for javelin throw (30.56m), shot put, and hammer throw as well as the indoor shot put mark (9.97m).

Saint Joseph's will compete in the Jim Sheehan Memorial at Fitchburg State University on Saturday.
