Monks Drop Pair at Regis (Mass.)

WESTON, Mass. – The Saint Joseph's College volleyball team (5-6, 0-1 GNAC) suffered a pair of losses on Saturday, falling to Regis (Mass.) (3-8, 1-0 GNAC), 3-0 (25-17, 25-17, 25-17), and Amherst College (5-2), 3-1 (25-19, 25-9, 24-26, 25-17).

In the loss to Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) foe Regis, sophomore Kelsey Bickford (Somersworth, N.H.) delivered five kills, junior Sarah Dyer (Seabrook, N.H.) tallied 13 assists and seven digs, freshman Madison Provencher (Rochester, N.H.) contributed 12 digs, and freshman Sophia Randall (Epping, N.H.) added nine digs and a pair of aces.

Versus Amherst, senior Jordynne Copp (Cumberland, Maine) registered 10 kills with no errors in 24 attempts with a .417 attack percentage, Bickford notched 10 kills, Dyer posted six kills, 31 assists, and nine digs, and Provencher chipped in with 11 digs.

Saint Joseph's will host Colby College Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
