Dr. Hamilton was born and raised in Caribou, Maine. He graduated from Caribou High School. After high school he attended Saint Joseph College in Windham, Maine and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. He then enrolled in the Doctorate Program at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and graduated with his optometric degree in 2004.
Dr. Hamilton worked with Dr. Paul Albert in Ellsworth, Maine before joining Drs. Littlefield & Broderick, P.A. in April 2005 as an associate. He became a partner with Maine Optometry in November of 2006 and shares time between our Brunswick and Gorham practices.
Dr. Hamilton is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maine Optometric Association where he is currently a Board Member. He also is a Board Member of the Blue & White Club at St. Joseph College. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, baseball, football, water & downhill skiing. In 2008, Dr. Hamilton earned his pilot’s license and enjoys frequent flights around southern Maine.
