STANDISH, Maine – Four Saint Joseph's College fall sports athletes have earned Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Sportsmanship Team honors.
Seniors Hannah Marks (Waldoboro, Maine), and Julia Rowlett (Saco, Maine), sophomore Tatsuaki Sakai (Ishikawa, Japan), and freshman Joseph Nichols (Tyngsborough Mass.), have been selected, by a vote of their teammates and/or coaches, to represent Saint Joseph's on their respective sportsmanship squads.
Each season the GNAC honors athletes for displaying the tenets of sportsmanship along with the release of the respective season's all-conference teams.
Sportsmanship, along with community and integrity, is one of the major focal points of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference.
