DiPrizio Listed on D3Baseball.com Team of the Week

STANDISH, Maine – Saint Joseph's College senior catcher Anthony DiPrizio (Rochester, N.H.) has been listed on the D3Baseball.com Team of the Week for his performance in three games last week.

DiPrizio hit .455 (5-for-11) with four runs, a home run, and four RBIs in a 2-1 week for the Monks. Perfect behind the plate, he slugged .727. The senior was 2-4 with a run scored in a 3-0 win over Bowdoin on Monday and, in a game one victory over Suffolk, went 3-4 with three runs, a homer, and four RBI on Sunday.

In 33 games this spring, DiPrizio is hitting .267 (27-101) with 15 runs, three doubles, two home runs, 20 RBI and three stolen bases. One of the Monks' hottest hitters of late, since April 13th, the 2018 All-Conference honoree is hitting .482 (13-27) with a .741 slugging percentage with seven runs, a double, two homers, 12 RBI, and three steals.

In 110 career games, DiPrizio is hitting .296 (92-311) with 60 runs, 19 doubles, three home runs, 66 RBI and nine stolen bases. The D3Baseball.com Team of the Week honor is the second of DiPrizio's career and first since March 5th, 2018.

Saint Joseph's, the #2 seed in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament, will host either Anna Maria College or Johnson & Wales University in a first-round game on Thursday at 3:30 PM.
