Adam received his BS in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Maine, Orono in 2001.  

Since the fall of 2009, Adam has designed and implemented the Off-Season and In-Season strength training programs for the Monks, and was hired as an assistant coach during the winter of 2013.

His passion for baseball is shown through his knowledge and enthusiasm for the game. Adam specializes in training the overhead athlete utilizing proven methods to improve the athletes’ shoulder health, mobility, velocity, strength and speed. Baseball players ranging from middle school, high school, college and professional levels have improved their level of play through his expertise in pitching mechanics as well as strength and conditioning for baseball.

Adam is currently a Performance Coach at the OA Performance Center in Saco and is also a member and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
