Jacques Earns Conference Player & Rookie of the Week Honors

STANDISH, Maine – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly honors have been released and Saint Joseph's College freshman midfielder Sophia Jacques (Peru, Maine) is the October 21st GNAC Field Hockey Player and Rookie of the Week.

Jacques scored four goals in a 2-1 week for the Monks. On Monday, the freshman midfielder scored all three of the Monks' markers in a 3-1 victory over Gordon. She netted her fourth goal of the week in a 3-0 triumph over Lasell on Saturday.

The Monks head to Anna Maria for a conference match on Thursday at 3:30PM
