Hayley Winslow '18 was hired in 2018 as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Saint Joseph's College. Previously, she was a 4-year starting defender for the Monks. Between 2014 and 2017, Winslow played in 77 games, and started in 76 of those games. Throughout her career she had 14 goals, 5 assists, and 3 defensive saves. In addition, Winslow gained the following accolades: GNAC Academic All-Conference (2016, 2017, 2018), All-GNAC: 1st Team (2016, 2017), GNAC All-Tournament (2016, 2017), GNAC Defensive Player of the Year (2017), NFHCA All-Academic (2014, 2016, 2017), NFHCA Division III All-Region 2nd Team (2017). Winslow previously coached at Maine Styx Field Hockey Club from the fall of 2016 to the spring of 2018. During the fall of 2017, she took a U-16 team to Virginia to particiapte the Shooting Star Showcase, a top ranked showcase where college coaches from all divisions and regions recruit.
 
Beyond her time on the field, Winslow completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in International Business, in May of 2018. She has since begun her position at Saint Joseph's College not only as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach but also as the Business Planning Analyst for the Office of Mission-Aligned Business and as MABLab! Program Coordinator. She hopes to be a mentor to students in MABLab!, the College's Entrepreneurial and Innovation Hub, and to the players on the field.
