WATERVILLE, Maine – Saint Joseph's College finished in a tie for fourth with a 326 team score in the Thomas College Invitational at the Waterville Country Club on Tuesday.
University of Southern Maine won the team title with a 309 card and was led by senior Greg Kalagias, who claimed Medalist accolades with an even-par 70 score.
For Saint Joseph's, freshman Trevor Flanagan (Monmouth, Maine) finished in a tie for fourth with a 76 card, senior Brendan Donovan (Auburn, Maine) shot a 77 and placed sixth, and first-year Cody Rizzo (West Gardiner, Maine) was 24th with an 86 card. Freshman Sean McDonough (Concord, N.H.) tied for 25th (87) and Sullivan Smith tied for 34th (91).
Saint Joseph's returns to the links on Sunday with an appearance in the UMaine-Farmington Invitational at the Waterville Country Club.
