WATERVILLE, Maine – Saint Joseph's College finished in a tie for sixth with a 331 team card in the UMaine-Farmington Invitational at the Waterville Country Club on Sunday. Senior Brendan Donovan (Auburn, Maine) led the Monks with a 78 card and finished in a tie for fifth overall.
Southern Maine won the event with a 306 card, eight strokes ahead of runner-up University of New England. USM senior Tristan Dundas claimed Medalist honors with a 72 score.
For the Monks, senior Tyler Johnson (Windham, Maine) carded an 83, freshman Trevor Flanagan (Monmouth, Maine) shot an 84, freshman Sean McDonough (Concord, N.H.) turned in an 86, and senior Sean Peschier (Watertown, Mass.) posted a 91.
Saint Joseph's will compete in the UNE Invitational at the Cape Arundel Golf Club on Wednesday.
