2009-10: Played in 22 games, starting in seven for the Monks…averaged 22.9 minutes per game…registered a career high 21 points against Norwich where he shot 8-12 from the field and 4-6 from beyond the arc…set a career high in steals (31) and assists (21)…recorded nine double-digit games and finished the season with 200 points (9.1 avg.)…garnered Maine honor roll and GNAC weekly honor roll mention in the same week (2/8).

2008-09: Averaged 5.3 points and 2.1 rebounds in 28 games...averaged 14.7 minutes per game...led the Monks with 19 points against Emerson on February 14th, his only start of the season...went 4-5 from beyond the arc and netted 12 points in a GNAC Quarterfinal contest against Albertus Magnus on February 26th...reached double-digit point totals in four games.

2007-08: Alberto appeared in 23 games for the Monks and played a significant role in the second half of the season. Rue finished first on the team in three-point shooting percentage (.474) and three-point field goals made (55), third in scoring and free throw percent at 11.6 and .771, respectively ... he registered a career-high 19 points on 6-of-10 from the floor against Mount Ida College with all field goals coming from behind the arc, also adding 4 rebounds and 3 steals versus the Mustangs. In a huge road win versus Norwich, Alberto scored 14 points on an impressive 5-of-6 from the floor, including 2-of-3 from the three-point line. His 4 rebounds against the Cadets were a season high. Alberto saved his best performance when the Monks needed it the most. He paced the Monks with 14 points on 4-of-9 shooting from the floor. All of Rue's made field goals where clutch three-pointers in the second round of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference playoffs.
