STANDISH, Maine – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly accolades have been announced and Saint Joseph's College sophomore Logan Skinner (Irving, Texas) has garnered GNAC Men's Lacrosse Goalkeeper of the Week honors for the third time this season.
Skinner posted a 4.00 goals-against average with a 65.2% save percentage in two SJC wins last week. The sophomore keeper turned away six shots versus Rivier on Wednesday and posted nine stops in a victory over Regis on Saturday.
Through 11 games this season Skinner is 9-1 with a 7.66 goals-against average and a 61.3% save percentage with 106 saves and 67 goals allowed in 525 minutes between the pipes. He currently leads the conference in saves, minutes and wins and third in goals-against average and save percentage.
Saint Joseph's (9-2, 3-0 GNAC) will host Anna Maria College on Saturday at 1:00 PM.
