Anne Fougere ‘16 was hired as an assistant coach in the fall of 2017.

During a successful four years at Saint Joseph’s, Fougere was a three-year team captain for the Monks while earning GNAC Swimmer of the Week honors in 2013 and collecting GNAC Honor Roll mention in 2014. A Physical Education major at Saint Joseph’s, Fougere collected GNAC All-Academic Team honors her junior and senior seasons.

She also received the Chris Kiernan Award from the Saint Joseph’s Athletics Department following her senior year. This award is presented annually to the student-athlete who has shown a consistent work ethic to develop as both a student and an athlete; who has displayed a strong commitment toward service of team and community and has proven a "never quit attitude" and the willingness to work through and overcome adversity.

After graduating, Fougere worked under Dorsi Reynolds at Upper Valley Aquatic Club in White River Junction, Vermont as an Age Group Coach.
