2012-13: Participated in five indoor meets and four outdoor events as a sophomore…began the indoor season with a sixth-place finish in the 600-meter run (1:43.16) at Bowdoin College on December 8th…set a program record in the 3000-meter run with an 11:20.25 time in the 3000-meter run at Southern Maine on January 5th…placed 10th in the event that day…was seventh in the 600-meter (1:41.72) at Southern Maine on January 26th…competed in a pair of events – the 400-meter (1:02.49) and 1000-meter run (3:15.59) at the Maine State Indoor Championship on February 2nd…kicked off the outdoor season with an 18th-place finish in the 800-meter run at Mount Holyoke on March 30th…posted a personal-best 2:21.72 time in the 800-meter at the Springtime Invitational at Brown University on April 13th…finished fourth with a team-record 11:55.29 time in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Pride Invitational on April 28th.

High School: Participated in varsity track for three years and was a member of the cross country team for two seasons at Cony High School…qualified for the KVAC’s in the mile and two-mile events…ran an 18:23 in the 5K and selected as a captain in both track and cross country…also participated in swimming for two years and swam in the 100 Fly and 50 Free, 100 Free and 500 Free events.
