2012-13: Raced in five indoor meets and four outdoor competitions as a sophomore…started the indoor season by placing 13th in the 5000-meter run with a team-record 17:12.19 time at Bowdoin College on December 8th…raced to a runner-up finish in the 800-meter run (2:20.79) at Southern Maine on January 5th…placed 10th in the 1-mile run (4:48.38) at Southern Maine on January 26th…set the program record in the 1-mile with a 4:47.53 performance, good for an 11th place finish at the Maine State Indoor Championship on February 2nd…kicked off the outdoor season with a 13th place effort in the 1500-meter run (4:34.98) at Mount Holyoke on March 30th…set the team’s 1500-meter outdoor record with a 4:33.64 time at Fitchburg State on April 6th…closed out the season with a 20th-place effort in the 1500-meter (4:36.23) at the Maine State Outdoor Championship on April 20th.

High School: Ran four years of cross country, three years of outdoor track, and two years of indoor track at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH...posted a personal best in cross country his senior year with a 17:06 in the 5k...competed at the New Hampshire state meet his senior year of indoor track as part of the 4x800m relay team...posted a personal best of 10:31 in the 2 mile during senior year of outdoor track.
