2012-13: Competed in four indoor meets and five outdoor events as a freshman…opened the indoor season by placing 11th in the 200-meter dash (25.22) and 12th in the 60-meter dash (7.72) at Bowdoin College on December 8th…set the program’s 55-meter hurdles record with an 8.60 time in the prelims at Southern Maine on January 5th…placed fifth in the finals with a 9.07 effort…became the first SJC athlete to compete in a heptathlon event when he placed eighth in the 60 meter dash (7.89), ninth in the long jump (4.86m), seventh in the shot put (8.90m), ninth in the high jump (1.58m), seventh in the 60 meter hurdles (9.55) and seventh in the 1000 meter run (3.17.26) at Bates College on January 18th…placed ninth in the multi-event with 2951 points and set the team records in the high jump and 60-meter hurdles that day…finished 15th in the long jump (5.04m) at the Maine State Indoor Championship on February 2nd…began the outdoor campaign with third-place finishes in the long jump (5.70m) and 110-meter dash (17.28 – team record) and a seventh-place effort in the javelin throw (40.69m – team record) at Mount Holyoke on March 30th…was 13th with a team record 20.36 time in the 110-meter hurdles at Fitchburg State on April 6th…finished 12th in the javelin (40.02m) at the Maine State Outdoor Championship on April 20th…set a team record in the 400-meter hurdles with a 1:03.18 performance and sixth-place finish at the Pride Invitational on April 28th.

High School: Participated in cross country, indoor/outdoor track & field and baseball at Fitch Senior High School...earned the Coaches' Award while running outdoor track.
