2014-15: Competed in eight indoor events and a pair of outdoor meets as a freshman…opened the indoor season by placing 13th with a 10:46.51 time in the 2-mile run at Southern Maine on December 6th…finished as the runner-up in the 5000-Meter (17:05.96) at USM on January 4th…was fourth in the 5000-Meter (16:48.11) at Bates College on January 17th…posted a 9:28.07 effort and finished fifth in the 3000-Meter at USM on January 31st…competed in the NCAA DIII New England Championship as a member of the Monks’ distance medley relay team, which set a program record with an 11:13.25 time and placed 14th overall…set the program’s outdoor high-water mark in the 3000-Meter (9:53.34) at Tufts University on March 28th…capped the outdoor season with a program-record 17:07.40 time in the 5000-Meter at Bowdoin College on April 4th.

High School: Ran four years of varsity cross country and track field for Tim Cox and Brent Tkaczyk at Coe-Brown, making Meet of Champions three out of the four years...made all-state his senior year while leading his team to New England's...his personal record for the 5k was 16:34, 2 mile was 9:55, and for the 1600 4:37…also garnered Best Freshman honors for cross country and track as well as Outstanding Distance Runner acclaim for indoor twice and outdoor all four years…selected as the cross country team’s MVP three times and collected Most Improved mention as a member of the indoor track team…captained the cross country and track programs.
