GNAC Academic All-Conference: 2019

2018-19: Placed ninth in the 200-meter dash (24.70) as well as sixth in the 400-meter dash (53.17) at the University of Southern Maine Open on January, 5th…finished fourth in the triple jump (11.76m) at the Bowdoin College Invitational on February, 15th…finished sixth in the triple jump (12.21m) as well as ninth in the long jump (5.99m) at the 2019 Maine State Championships…set a new program record for the triple jump with a distance of 12.33 meters at the GNAC Championship Meet on April, 28th.

2017-18: Finished seventh in the 200-Meter Dash (24.37) at Bowdoin College on January 27th...was 10th in the 400-Meter Dash (54.12) in the Gordon Kelly Invitational on February 10th...ran a leg in the 4x400 Meter Relay for a 17th place finish with a 3:43.25 time in the NCAA DIII New England Regional Championships on February 17th...placed third in the 400-meter dash (53.38) and eighth in the 200-meter dash (24.35) at Fitchburg State on April 7th...finished ninth in the 400 meter dash (0:53.17), ninth in the Triple Jump (11.85m), and was part of the quartet that finished sixth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:53.84) in the Maine State Championship on April 21st...tallied 15 points after placing third in the triple jump (10.42m – team record) and long jump (5.77m) events, fifth in the 400-meter dash (53.70) and sixth in the 200-meter dash (24.06), as well as running with his teammates in the 4x400-meter relay with a team record time of 3:39.06 in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships on April 29th.

High School: Ran two seasons of indoor/outdoor track for Rodney Brown at Noble High School...advanced to the State Championship and New England Championship junior year...competed in national championship senior year outdoor season.
