2018-19: Competed in all nine indoor meets as well as five outdoor competitions…helped the men’s distance medley relay team to a third place finish (11:45.85) at the Thomas College Invitational on Feb. 9th…finished 12th in the 800 meter run (2:11.01) at Bridgewater State on Mar. 23rd…placed 14th overall in the 800 meter run (2:09.89) at the Corsair Classic meet hosted by the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth on Mar. 31st…was a member in the second place finishing 4x400 meter relay team (3:41.77), along with a solo fourth place finish in the 800 meter run (2:06.86), and a fifth place finish in the 400 meter dash (53.89) at the GNAC Championship Meet on Apr. 27th/28th.

2017-18: Was part of the 4x800 team that won the event at the University of Southern Maine Open on Dec. 9th…ran a leg in the 4x400 Meter Relay (3:43.59) with a fourth place finish at Bowdoin College on Jan. 13th...was sixth in the 800-Meter Run (2:13.60) at Bates College on Jan. 20th...finished seventh in the 600-Meter Run (1:33.78) in the Bowdoin College Invitational on Jan. 27th...placed fifth in the 800-Meter Run (2:09.81) and was part of the quartet who raced to a runner-up finish in the 4000 Meter Distance Medley Relay (12:10.38) in the Gordon Kelly Invitational on Feb. 10th...ran a stint in the 4x400 Meter Relay with a 3:43.25 time and a 17th place finish in the NCAA DIII New England Regional Championships on Feb. 17th...was also part of the quartet who placed second in the 4x800 meter relay (9:12.00 – new SJC record) at Fitchburg State on Apr. 7th...placed third in the 800-meter run (2:07.36) and helped his three teammates win the 4x800-meter relay and shatter the team record with an 8:46.08 performance in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Apr. 29th...earned all-conference honors on May 14th.

High School: Ran four years of varsity track for George McCabe at East Bridgewater Jr/Sr High School, placing in the state championship track meet his senior year...MIAA All Star as a junior...captain for the soccer team and indoor and outdoor track teams, NHS Officer for two years....also played soccer.
