2013: Participated in 10 events as a sophomore…opened the season with a personal-best 6K time (24:17) against University of New England on August 31st…raced to a 31st-place finish with a 31:23 effort in the GNAC Championship on November 2nd…added a 30:33 time and placed 226th out of 327 participants in the ECAC Championship on November 9th…capped the season with the best 8K time of his career – 30:04 – to finish 290th of 366 runners in the NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 16th.

2012: Ran in all nine of the team’s races as a freshman…began his NCAA career with a 25:02 time in the team’s head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st…finished 17th overall and was the fourth Saint Joseph’s runner to place that day…posted a 36:27 time in his first collegiate 8K race - the UNE Invitational on September 8th…finished 65th out of 104 runners overall and was the Monks’ #4 finisher at UNE…proceeded to shave nearly six minutes off his time and placed 54th with a 30:50 effort in the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…placed 104th with a 30:44 performance in the 2012 Maine State Championship on October 13th…recorded a personal-best 30:12 time in the GNAC Championship at Rivier on October 27th…finished 46th out of 91 runners and was the Monks’ third finisher in the conference championship…also competed in the ECAC and NCAA Regional Championships, with 216th (32:09) and 281st (31:14) efforts, respectively…was the team’s #3 finisher in both regional events.

High School: Participated in varsity track for three years and was a member of the cross country team for two seasons at Cony High School…qualified for the KVAC’s in the mile and two-mile events…ran an 18:23 in the 5K and selected as a captain in both track and cross country…also participated in swimming for two years and swam in the 100 Fly and 50 Free, 100 Free and 500 Free events.
