2016: Competed in five events his senior year for the Monks...kicked off his senior year by running a 19:24 (5k) coming in 15th at the University of New England Early-Season Invitational on Sept. 3rd...at the Husson Harrier Invitational ran a 29:10 (6.9k) placing 29th overall on Sept. 10th...on Sept. 24th he ran a personal best 30:48 (8k) coming in 98th overall and 2nd for Monks at the Codfish Bowl...at the Running Monks Invitational on Oct. 8th he toured the course in a 32:55 (8k) effort good for 30th overall...he wrapped up his senior season running a 31:30 (8k) good for 47th overall at the GNAC Championships at Franklin Park on Oct. 29th.

2015: Competed in six races during the 2015 cross-country season…began the year at the UNE Invitational on September 12th with a 35:53 effort, finishing in 125th overall and fifth on the team…ran in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a 32:25 time and placed 272nd out of 324 participants…posted a 32:57 effort in the Maine State Championship and finished 151st overall…raced to a 47th place finish with a 33:35 time in the GNAC Championship…capped the season with an appearance in the NCAA New England Championship where he placed 358th with a 32:53 performance.

2013: Raced in seven events as a sophomore. Kicked off his season with a 25:16 (6k) effort good for 24th overall on August 31st...finished 77th overall with a with a 32:15 (8k) on September 14th...on September 28th finished 95th with a 32:05 (8k)...finished 83rd with a 32:13 (8k) on October 5th...at the Runnin' Monks Invitational on October 12th ran a 33:37 (8k) good for 86th...at the GNAC Championships on November 2nd ran a 33:10 (8k) coming in 48th overall...wrapped up his season on November 9th at the ECAC DIII New England Championships coming in 255th with a 33:25 (8k).

High School: Played four years of varsity soccer at Cony High School…selected as the team’s MVP his junior and senior seasons…collected Second Team All-Conference honors as a junior…named as the Gardiner/Cony Drive Out Cancer Game Most Valuable Player after scoring the tying goal…earned 2012 Most Athletic accolades…also participated in cross country, wrestling and track.
