2016: Raced in all seven of the events his junior year coming in first for the Monks three times...had two top 10 finishes...began his junior year by running a 17:39 (5k) placing 4th out of 30 runners at the University of New England Early-Season Invitational on Sept. 3rd...on Sept. 10th at the Husson Harrier Invitational placed 6th out of 50 runners running a 25:13 (6.9k)...led the Monks running a 28:05 (8k) good for 25th out of 162 runners at the Codfish Bowl on Sept. 24th...at the Runnin' Monks Invitational on Oct. 8th placed 4th out of 72 runners running a 28:36 (8k)...finished 46th out of 122 runners at the Maine State Championships on Oct. 15th running a 27:49 (8k)...at the GNAC Championships on Oct. 29th placed 11th out of 71 runners finishing with a 27:50 (8k)...earned All-Conference awards with a top-14 finish at the conference meet...ended his junior year placing 176th out of 384 runners running a season personal best 27:40 (8k) at the NCAA New England Championships on Nov. 11th.

2015: Competed in all eight of the Monks’ events as a sophomore…was the team’s top finisher in every race…posted three top-10 finishes…kicked off the regular season with a 29:35 time in the UNE Invitational on September 12th, an effort good for 24th out of 162 runners overall…placed 31st out of 138 runners with a 28:02 time in the Bowdoin Invitational on September 26th…posted a runner-up finish with a 28:28 effort in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 10th…finished 186th out of 367 runners with a 27:55 time in the NCAA Regional on November 14th...earned GNAC Runner of the Week honors on September 14th...claimed All-Conference honors for the second-consecutive season.

2014: Competed in all nine of the Monks’ events as a freshman…finished as the team’s #2 runner on seven occasions…selected as the GNAC Rookie of the Week five times…placed sixth with a 28:48 time in the GNAC Championship on November 1st and claimed GNAC Rookie of the Year honors as the top-finishing first-year runner in the event…also collected GNAC All-Conference honors with the top-10 finish…posted a personal-best 27:43 time in the UNE Invitational, placing 19th out of 145 runners in the process, on September 13th…placed sixth out of 73 runners with a 29:11 time in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 11th…finished 57th in the Maine Championship with a 29:18 effort a week later…was 130th out of 303 participants with a 28:20 performance in the ECAC Championship on November 8th and capped his rookie season by placing 201st of 373 individuals with a 29:00 even time in the NCAA Regional a week later.

High School: Ran four years of varsity cross country and track field for Tim Cox and Brent Tkaczyk at Coe-Brown, making Meet of Champions three out of the four years...made all-state his senior year while leading his team to New England's...his personal record for the 5k was 16:34, 2 mile was 9:55, and for the 1600 4:37…also garnered Best Freshman honors for cross country and track as well as Outstanding Distance Runner acclaim for indoor twice and outdoor all four years…selected as the cross country team’s MVP three times and collected Most Improved mention as a member of the indoor track team…captained the cross country and track programs.
