2016: Raced in five events his senior year and came in first for the Monks four times...had three top 10 finishes...began his senior season by placing 2nd out of 30 runners running a 17:14 (5k) at the University of New England Early-Season Invitational on Sept. 3rd...finished 5th out of 50 runners running a 25:11 (6.9k) at the Husson Harrier Invitational on Sept. 10th...competed at the Maine State Championships on Oct. 15th running a 28:37 (8k) and finishing 56th out of 122 runners...finished 10th out of 71 runners at the GNAC Championships on Oct. 29th running a 27:48 (8k)...claimed All-Conference awards with a top-14 finish in the conference meet...ended his collegiate running career by running a 27:34 (8k) which was a personal best for the season at the NCAA DIII New England Championships on Nov. 12...earned the All-Sportsmanship accolade for the GNAC.

2015: Competed in seven races during his junior year…kicked off the season by running a 35:23 at the UNE Invitational placing 119th out of 162 runners and finishing as the Monks #4 runner...ran a 32:31 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational where he placed 274th out of 324 runners...at the Bowdoin Invitational he ran a season best 31:40 coming in 98th out of 138 runners…at the Runnin’ Monks Invitational he came in fourth for the Monks running a 32:04…ran a 32:06 at the Maine State Championship where he placed 142nd out of 177 runners...ended his season with a time of 33:40 at the GNAC Championship placing 49th out of 74 runners.

2014: Raced in all nine of the Monks’ events as a sophomore…finished as the top SJC runner in all nine races and posted three top-five performances…placed 16th out of 145 participants with a 27:39 time in the UNE Invitational on September 13th…posted a personal-best 27:12 effort in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational a week later, a time good for 85th out of 255 runners overall…finished third of 73 participants with a 28:45 time in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 11th…registered a 28:55 effort in the Maine State Championship, good for 48th of 147 runners, a week later…placed fifth out of 147 runners with a 28:35 time in the GNAC Championship on November 1st…claimed All-Conference honors with the top-10 finish in the conference meet…was 106th out of 303 runners with a 27:52 time in the ECAC Championship on November 8th…capped his sophomore campaign with a 161st place time (28:16) in the NCAA Regional a week later...chosen as the GNAC Runner of the Week on September 15th.

2013: Raced in nine events as a freshman…kicked off his career by placing 8th with a 22:34 time in the 6K head to head race versus University of New England on August 31st…notched the best 8K effort of his rookie campaign with a 28:41 time and 45th-place finish at Bowdoin College on September 28th…placed 13th out of 120 participants with a 29:14 effort in the Runnin’ Monks Invitational on October 12th…narrowly missed All-Conference accolades with an 11th-place effort and 29:29 time in the GNAC Championship at Saint Joseph’s on November 2nd…nearly topped his personal-best 8K performance with a 28:44 effort in the ECAC Championship on November 9th…finished 139th out of 327 participants that day…capped the year by placing 246th out of 366 athletes with a 29:15 performance in the NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 16th…earned GNAC Weekly Honor Roll mention on September 30th.

High School: Ran four years of cross-country for Winslow High School…during his senior year at the State Championships he placed 6th in the mile and 7th in the two mile…won the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Championship his junior year…he also ran varsity two years in indoor track and ran varsity three years in outdoor track…he also played one year of freshman basketball, one year of junior varsity basketball and one year of junior varsity baseball.
