2018: Raced in six out of seven events…placed 13th in the first race on September 1st in the SJC Early Bird (5k) with a time of 19:32…at the Maine State Meet Invitational (8k) Plante came in 142nd in 30:45 on September 29th…a week later at the Runnin’ Monks Invitational (8k) placed 26th in 31:46…finished the Green Mountain College Invitational (8k) in 16th out of 64 runners with a time of 30:07…in the GNAC Championship he finished 45th with a time of 32:00 on October 28th.

2017: Raced in all seven events as a sophomore…in the UMF Invitational (5k) on September 2nd he raced to 32nd place finish with a time of 19:56…on September 16th at the Bowdoin Invitational (8k) he finished with a time of 32:54 good for 78th place…in the Purple Valley Classic (8k) on September 23rd he raced to a 309th place finish after a time of 33:32…On September 7th in the Runnin’ Monk Invitational (8k) he finished 19th with a time of 33:28…at the Maine State Championship (8k) on October 14th he finished 83rd with a 30:47 time…on October 28th at the GNAC Championship (8k) he finished with a time of 33:10 which was good for 49th place…at the New England Championships (8k) on November 11th he finished 275th with a time of 31:10.

2016: Competed in every event for the Monks his freshman year...started his collegiate running career off by competing in the University of New England's Early-Season Invitational on Sept. 3rd running a 19:05 (5k) coming in 12th overall...next competed in the Husson Invitational on Sept. 10th running a 29:08 (6.9k) good for 28th overall...on Sept. 24th at the Codfish Bowl placed 106th overall touring the course in a 31:18 (8k)...at the Runnin' Monks Invitational on Oct. 8th he ran a 32:44 (8k) coming in 30th overall...then competed at the Maine State Championships on Oct. 15th running a 31:10 (8k) good for 85th overall...on Oct. 29th competed in the GNAC Championship meet at Franklin Park running a personal best 30:38 (8k) coming in 35th...wrapped up his freshman season by running a 30:48 (8k) coming in 328th at the NCAA DIII New England Regional Championships on Nov. 12th.

High School: Ran cross country for three years and track four years for Ron Oullette and Will Fulford at Biddeford High School…was a member of the All-Academic Team and captain of the cross country and track teams senior year…also received the Character Award in both cross country and track.
