2019-20: Played in 28 games and started in 16 as a senior…averaged 15.8 minutes per game and 3.6 points per game with a shooting percentage of 49.3% (37-75) from the field…had a total of eight blocks on the season…on Dec. 1st she scored 12 points and had 10 rebounds in the win against University of Southern Maine…with the win over Rivier University on Feb. 19th L'Heureux-Carland once again scored a high of 12 points and was six-for-seven on the free throw line…in the semifinal game vs Regis College she scored 11 points and was five-for-eight from the field on Feb. 27th.

2018-19: Played in all 30 games as a junior… averaged 1.6 points per game and 1.9 rebounds per game while playing 8.6 minutes per game…  shot 45.1 % from the field and 33.3 % from the free throw line… scored a season high 10 points, kicked in seven rebounds and 2 steals in a victory over St. Joseph’s College (Conn.) on Jan. 12th.

2017-18: Played in 14 games after transferring mid-year from Wheaton College…totaled 23 points and 28 rebounds…shot 36.4% (8-22) from the floor and 63.6% (7-11) from the free-throw line…scored her first points as a Monk with a two-point bucket at Norwich University on January 6th…scored six points with five rebounds against Mount Ida College on January 16th and chipped in with six points and four caroms in a win over Anna Maria College four days later…pulled down five rebounds in a win over Norwich on February 17th.

Before St. Joe's: Played in 25 games, making 14 starts as a freshman at Wheaton College...scored 118 points with 16 assists...tallied 84 total rebounds and 10 steals...before transferring to Saint Joseph's this season, she participated in seven games with 33 points and 24 rebounds for the Lyons.

High School: Played four years of basketball, soccer, and softball at Fryeburg Academy...named team captain in soccer (one year), basketball (two years), softball (one year)...claimed McDonald's All-Star honors, the Harry True Basketball award, honorable mention in soccer and basketball and All-Conference honors in basketball and softball.

Personal: Daughter of Stephen Carland and Billie L'Heureux-Carland...has one sibling Nicholis.
