Previously, Rondeau was the junior varsity/assistant coach under Edward Feeney at Portland High School for four years (2003-07). She joined the coaching ranks immediately after graduating and worked as an assistant under Coach McDevitt during the 2002-03 season.

During her time as a player at St. Joe’s, Rondeau averaged 11.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 2.3 assists and netted 1,203 points over 107 career contests. A two-sport standout who also starred for the SJC softball team, she helped the Monks claim six conference titles, five regional championships and a pair of national tournament berths with a collective 192-84 (.696) overall record while on the court and the diamond.

A member of the 2009 Saint Joseph’s College Athletics Hall of Fame Class, Rondeau received All-Conference honors in 2000 and 2001 and garnered All-America and All-State recognition in 2001 while playing for a team that went 87-20 (.813) over four seasons. At the time of her induction, she ranked in the top 15 in 12 career statistical categories, including ninth in points, and never missed a game as a four-year contributor.

A three-time All-Conference catcher for the Saint Joseph’s softball program, Picard entered the Hall of Fame ranked first in career at-bats (516), second in hits (178) and doubles (49), and third in home runs (8), RBI (116) and stolen bases (41) and, as a senior, set the program’s single-season record with 56 RBI.

Coach Rondeau lives in Saco, Maine with her husband, Darrell, and son, Sam.
