ELLSWORTH, Maine – The Saint Joseph's College swim teams competed at Maine Maritime Academy on Monday afternoon. Maine Maritime won the men's event, 94-67, and SJC won the women's event, 120-52.
THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
- Freshman Ryan Watson (Bangor, Maine) won the 200-Free (2:00.60), as well as the 500-Free (5:42.30) and placed second in the 100-Fly (1:11.89)
- Senior Stephen Quinlan (Andover, Mass.) won the 200-IM (2:12.86), placed second on the 100-Breast (1:09.98), and placed third in the 50-Breast (38.24)
- Freshman Nathan Landry (Derry, N.H.) placed first in the 100-Free (54:28) as well as the 50-Free (24.58) and the 50-Fly (27.98)
- Freshman Joseph Nichols (Tyngsborough Mass.) won the 100-Back with (1:10.32) and the 50-Back (32.90) as well as the the 50-Fly (27.98)
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:
- Junior Alexis Coiley (Fort Fairfield, Maine) won the 200-Free (2:23.75), placed first in the 100-Free (1:04.26) and the 500-Free (6:22.19)
- Junior Emily Roy (Sidney, Maine) won the 50-Back (34:52), as well as the 200-IR (2:43.93) and placed second in the 100-Free (1:07.86)
- Senior Julia Rowlett (Saco, Maine), placed second in the 100-Back (1:18.25) and in 50-Back (35.94) and third in the 50-Fly (35.22)
- Junior Hailey Bouyea (Lewiston, Maine) won the 100-Breast (1:28.69), and placed second in the 200-IM (3:04.23) and in the 50-Breast (39.73)
- Freshman Hannah Kibbin won second with 1:27.80) and placed second in the 100-Breast (1:34.40) and placed third in the 200-IM (3:04.42)
- Junior Autumn Nostrom (Lyman, Maine) won the 50-Breast (38.89), and the 100-Free (1:04.26), placed second in the 50-Free (29.65)
- Freshman Alirose Beauregard (Dover, N.H.) placed first in the 50-Free (27.10), the 100-IM (1:11.50) and the 100-Back (1:13.19)
- Freshman Clair Baker placed fourth in the 50-Back (44.99), and the 100-Back (1:42.20)
- Emily Roy, Alexis Coiley, Julia Rowlett, and Autumn Nostrom placed first in the 200 relay (2:13.63)
