2019-20: As a freshman in her first collegiate appearance she placed second in the 50-Free (28.59) on Oct. 4th against Colby-Sawyer College…when competing against Albertus Magnus College on Oct. 12th she topped the 50-Free field with a 28.25 effort and won the 100-Free (1:03.81) and 50-Fly (33.56) races…on Nov. 2nd won the 50-Free (31.21) and finished second in the 100-Free (1:11.86) vs. Elms College…when facing Regis College placed second in the 50-Free (28.54) and 100-Free (1:02.47) on Nov. 22nd…at Gordon College on Jan. 11th placed fourth in the 50-Fly (31.33)… was the runner-up in the 50-Fly (30.36) and placed third in the 50-Free (30.03) on Jan.. 25th against Husson University…during the GNAC Championship registered 19 points with a 12th-place effort in the 100-Free (59.49), a 13th-place time in the 50-Free (27.54), and a 19th-place finish in the 50-Fly (30.32).

Why Saint Joseph's? The community based feel of the campus and the connections between the professors and students, the small classroom settings means that the professor will know my name, not just a number. Also, the academic opportunities that school has for students like tutoring, academic help center, and the office hours of the professors when help is needed. Lastly, the coaching staff for swimming and the small and family feel of the team, which was a big factor in deciding which college I was going to.

High School: Four-year varsity swimmer at Timberlane Regional High School…swam legs for several school record relay teams…earned High Honors, listed on the Honor Roll, and a member of the Business Honor Society and Student Council.

Community Service: Volunteered at local library, volunteered at Cedardale Aquatics before working there

Personal: Madison Anne Mills, daughter of Joann and Stephen Mills…has two siblings, Allison and Connor.
