ON THIS DATE - Seniors Lead the Way in 3-1 Victory over Nor’easters

On October 27th, 2016 the Saint Joseph's College volleyball team defeated University of New England, 3-1 (25-23, 26-24, 22-25, 25-18), in non-conference women's volleyball action at the Harold Alfond Center.

NOTEWORTHY:

Senior Victoria Huntley (Ellsworth, Maine) registered a career-high 21 kills with 16 digs and five service aces
Senior Shadai Gosselin (Somersworth, N.H.) tallied 10 kills, 20 digs, and three aces
Junior Sarah Dyer (Seabrook, N.H.) delivered 39 assists and 14 digs
Sophomore libero Jennelle Thompson (Rochester, N.H.) added 33 digs
Saint Joseph's held advantages in kills (43-40), hitting percentage (.082 - .069), assists (42-38), aces (9-6), and digs (102-89) while UNE posted a 10-6 lead in blocks
