Tara Gagnon Pelletier played basketball for four years and field hockey for two seasons at Saint Joseph’s College. In 70 career games on the hardwood she averaged 7.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.9 steals and registered 16 goals and 11 assists for 43 total points in 33 games on the field hockey pitch.

My favorite memory of SJC was our trip to Florida. We did play basketball but Disney was amazing. I also loved our meals at the McDevitt home.

Notable performances as an SJC athlete (records, championships, individual accolades):

We went to Sioux City, Iowa for Nationals. It was amazing even though I had broken my ankle right before playoffs. 

Where are you employed? Please tell us your job title, duties, how long you've been there, etc.:

I am an assistant principal at Oxford Hills Middle School in Maine. My duties are endless, but I love my job and Oxford Hills!

I am married to Nate Pelletier, SJC alum of 2002. We have two children, Teigan is six and Ella is 4 1/2.
