Please share some of your favorite SJC memories - on and off the field:

Some of my favorite memories out of the pool include: Spring fling, senior ball/senior week as a whole, enjoying other sporting events, Mr. SJC, nights out at the old port, sunny days in the quads.

Some of my favorite memories at the pool: When Coach stepped up to the plate day one of our season and we had a great four years from then on … our first home meet ever … Think Pink swim meets … Superlatives at our swim banquets were always a good laugh … Trips to New England's always resulted in bus troubles … First time at a truck stop for lunch after a meet in Bangor (vs Husson) as I was always searching for moose because that was the furthest North I've been … When my great friend Ashton became our assistant coach.

Notable performances as an SJC athlete (records, championships, individual accolades):

I competed in New England’s all four years - I swam in three individual events and relays. I had the school's record in the 50 Breast Stroke for a year, which was my personal best and occurred during my senior year in a meet at UNE. Our relays also held school records.

Where are you employed? Please tell us your job title, duties, how long you've been there, etc.:

I am currently employed at Boston Children's Hospital as a nurse in the inpatient cardiology unit. I have been there for almost a year and a half. Our patient population is both medical and surgical patients with heart defects. We take care of patients ranging from all ages but mainly the population is newborns. The newborns are either prenatally diagnosed with a heart defect or postnatally diagnosed and they end up needing surgery in their early days of life.

Other patients we take care of are waiting for a heart transplant or have received one, and medical patients with a background of cardiac history. We see patients from all across the world that come to Boston for their care. I really enjoy my job - it has put things into perspective for me. So now a year later, I can tell people how the bravest person I know is a six-year-old and the happiest person I know is a three-year-old with a medical history as old as she is.

Please tell us about your family:

My loving parents and two younger sisters, Alicia and Natalia. Alicia is a senior at Villanova University & Natalia is a freshman at Saint Michael's College.

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy going out on my boat, going to the beach, going out with friends, watching sports and going to games, shopping, getting manicures and pedicures. I also like spinning and hot yoga.
