BOSTON, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has released the 2019-20 All-Academic All-Conference selections and 117 Saint Joseph's College student-athletes have been honored.

For Saint Joseph's, the total of 117 honorees is both the most in the conference this year and the highest tally in the institution's 13 years as a member of the GNAC. St. Joe's also led the GNAC in All-Academic honorees last summer.

This year's list consists of 1,173 student-athletes from 13 full-time institutions and six associate member institutions who have met the following criteria in maintaining a 3.25 cumulative grade point average, completed at least one full season of competition at a GNAC institution and is of sophomore status academically.

The list of 1,173 individuals from 22 GNAC sports constitutes the most honored by the conference for the 11th consecutive academic year and totals 143 additional individuals when compared to the 2018-19 list.

For the Monks, the 2019-20 total tops last year's mark by two individuals. Saint Joseph's has had at least 40 athletes honored in each of the institution's 13 years as a member of the GNAC (2008 - 42, 2009 - 61, 2010 - 59, 2011 – 58, 2012 - 75, 2013 – 70, 2014 – 82, 2015 – 86, 2016 - 89; 2017 – 92, 2018 – 95, 2019 – 115, 2020 - 117; 1,041 total).

The following is a list of the 117 Saint Joseph's GNAC All-Academic selections; a group that features 63 repeat-honorees, including 23 who earned the award third time (***) and 40 for the second time (**) during their respective collegiate careers.
