Monks Earn Top Seed in GNAC Baseball Tournament

WINTHROP, Mass. – After breezing through the GNAC regular season with a 17-1 record, Saint Joseph's College of Maine awill host next weekend's portion of the 2022 GNAC Tournament as this year's top seed, with the playoffs getting underway on Tuesday with a do-or-die, single-elimination round.

The Monks' lone GNAC setback came back on March 26 against Johnson & Wales University, as SJC has allowed just 13 runs during its current nine-game win streak and has won 16 of 17 overall.

Saint Joe's will await the winner of fourth-seeded Lasell University and fifth-seeded Elms College, as the Lasers host the Blazers on Tuesday at Brandeis at 1:00 PM.
