WATERVILLE, Maine – Saint Joseph's College placed second with a 314 team score in the UMaine-Farmington Invitational at Waterville Country Club on Monday.
Husson University took home the team title with a 297 score while Thomas College (320), Colby College (323), and Maine Maritime (327) capped the top five teams
University of New England (329), UMaine-Farmington (346), and UMaine-Presque Isle (356) also competed in the event.
Husson's Chris Kaupilla shot a 71 (+1) to secure Medalist honors.
FOR THE MONKS:
- Freshman Braden Camire (Saco, Maine) tied for third with a 75 card
- Junior Alex Beecher (South Portland, Maine) tied for 13th (79)
- Junior Drew Mathieu (Windham, Maine) and Caleb Campos (Port Charlotte, Fla.) tied for 15th with an 80 score
- Sophomore Dante Ceppetelli (Dover, N.H.) tied for 22nd (82)
